Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you are happy with your new product. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your product to us within 30 days of the purchase date for an exchange or refund, provided the item is in its original condition: unused, unopened, with all original tags attached and packaging intact. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights.

Change of Mind
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind guarantee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.

Faulty Goods / Warranty
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you believe you have received a faulty product, please contact us to initiate a warranty claim. We may require the product to be returned for inspection. If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Warranty claims do not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.

Return Process
To start a return, please get in touch with our customer service team via the contact form on our website. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for a change of mind. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded, unless faulty.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an eligible item for the same product, please contact us.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the returns address provided to you by our customer service team. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for a change of mind.

If you are returning a faulty item, we will provide you with a pre-paid returns label. The cost of return shipping for faulty goods will be borne by us.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over a certain value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
