Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing prior to shipping.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee across Australia. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date your order is dispatched, not the date the order is placed.
- Standard Shipping: $9.95 Flat Rate.
- Metropolitan Areas: 2-7 business days.
- Regional & Remote Areas: 7-14+ business days.
Please note that shipping times may be extended during peak periods, sale events, or due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or adverse weather conditions.
Click and Collect
Free Click and Collect is available from selected partner locations. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be ready for collection. You will receive a notification email when your order is ready.
Dispatch and Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. A physical street address is required for all deliveries.
International Shipping
Please note that we currently only ship within Australia.
Damaged or Lost Items
We take great care to ensure your order is packed securely. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
While we cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit by the shipping carrier, we will assist you in lodging an inquiry with the carrier on your behalf. All claims are subject to the carrier’s policies and procedures.
Change of Delivery Address
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change the delivery address. Please ensure your details are correct at the time of checkout.
